 Auction FAQ

 Auction, Winning & Logistics Regulations

Q1: Can I cancel or modify my bid after it has been placed?

No. A bid is a binding commitment with legal effect. Once a bid is successfully placed, the system cannot cancel, withdraw, or lower the amount. Please double-check the item details and your bidding amount carefully before confirming.

Q2: How do I know if I have won the auction?

Once the auction closes, if you are the highest bidder, the system will immediately send a winning confirmation email and a push notification. You can also view the details under "My Acc> My Auctions".

Q3: How much time do I have to make the payment after winning?

The winning bidder must complete the payment within 48 hours after the auction closes. Failure to settle the payment within the given timeframe will be treated as a malicious default (non-payment).

Q4: What are the consequences of defaulting on a winning bid?

If payment is not made within the required time limit, the platform will take the following measures:
  • Freeze or permanently suspend your account.
  • Forfeit the deposit withheld for that specific auction.

Q5: When will the product be shipped after payment is completed?

Once the seller confirms receipt of your payment, the product will typically be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days according to your selected shipping method.

 Deposit & Payment Methods

Q1: Why do I need to pay a deposit before bidding?

To maintain a fair auction environment, protect the rights of both buyers and sellers, and prevent malicious non-payment, buyers are required to pay an "Auction Deposit" prior to participating in specific or high-value auctions.

Q2: How much is the deposit and how do I pay it?

  • Deposit Amount: The deposit varies depending on the product category or the starting price, and the exact amount will be clearly displayed on the item's bidding page.
  • Payment Methods: You can pay or top up your deposit using any mainstream digital payment method popular in Hong Kong or Mainland China (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus, FPS, credit cards, etc.).

Q3: Will my deposit be refunded if I do not win the auction?

Yes, please rest assured.
  • Outbid Bidders: After the auction closes, the system will automatically refund the full deposit amount to your original payment account within 3 business days. No processing fees will be charged by the platform.
  • Winning Bidder: Your deposit will be locked until the entire transaction is successfully completed.

Q4: Under what circumstances will the deposit be forfeited?

If you win the auction but fail to settle the remaining balance within the required 48 hours, it will be deemed a "malicious default". In this case, the deposit will be forfeited in full, and your account will face suspension.

Q5: What payment methods are supported on the platform?

We support a diverse range of mainstream payment options across both regions, making transactions seamless whether you are in Hong Kong or Mainland China:

  • FPS (Faster Payment System)
